The robbers in Vietnam usually are riding motorbike when thay grap camera or bag of tourists. So, to avoid is I strongly suggest that you don't leave your camera or bag out of your eyes, tie them tightly with your body, and you walk by the left side of the road - for it's easier to find the robber when come from front of u, and if it still come from behind, it will be more difficult to escape. about 10 years ago

Vietnam is a safe country. Always try to walk facing oncoming traffic with your camera hanging on your right side. This way, chances of someone grabbing your camera is very very slim. over 9 years ago

Wrap the camera across your body on the right side of it. Keep an eye on your camera and be aware wherever you go. Otherwise you should buy travel insurance to secure your belongings.
