My dilemma is I have hotels and flight tickets booked in different places in Vietnam for the next ten days. Changing one or two things could force me to change my entire trip.
There's still a possibility that Typhoon Yolanda doesn't directly hit Hanoi. Should I wait it out or should I start making changes?
I think you should have a Hanoi by nigh trip to discover Hanoi at night and tasting Hanoi cuisnes. Especial the street food, you know Hanoi is one of ten city must taste street food on the world.
