Vietnam in the wet season

over 7 years ago about Vietnam

We're spending two weeks in Vietnam in a couple of weeks (July) and wondering what the absolute best thing to do at this time of year would be. We were given a gift of whatever we want to book in so price isn't an obstacle! We love a bit of adventure and are prepared to rough it a little. Love beaches and relaxing, but also history and cultural activities.

Thanks in advance

July in Viet Nam is really Hot, the temperature out door could be 40 Celsius but as a true Tropic Country Viet Nam will be so beautiful.
Your two weeks could be use for some Vietnamese places like this:
_ The north. Ha Noi: The city 1000 years old, the capital leading country through out very unstable 20th century: Ho Chi Minh complex, Army museum, B 52 lake, Temple of literature, Sword lake and street food.
Ha Long Bay: overnight, kayaking, beach, Cat Ba island
Trekking and see the different culture at Sapa, Ba Be national park, ancient capital Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh.
_ Middle Viet Nam : Hue: The last Empire Nguyen
Da Nang: One of the 10 Best Beach on over the world.
    Hoi An: beautiful old town
_ South: HCM city: Historical of the Vietnamese unification
The west side of My Tho, Can Tho and Chau Doc: village of fruits, river of makets about 7 years ago
