    If you want big sandwiches and tradition, then the Stage Deli Dinner on Broadway, up from Times Square on LHS is always a winner - watch out the sandwiches (triple) are massive - I could not finish it last time I was there! Another NYC tradition is Tavern on the Green, on Eastside of Central Park, near Dakota building but set in central park, a bar or posh dining, it's up to you. about 8 years ago

    I would recomend Balthazar in Soho area.
    We had a great time when we visited last november. about 8 years ago
