Had a good evening at Matteo's, but doubt it's THE best restaurant in town. Beautiful place with lots of dark wood, fine wines and a smart Italian menu (large portions to European standards). Unfortuneltaly the American habit of having TV screens everywhere hasn't gone by this place and service is friendly, but American (taking out plates before you put down your cutlery and others at your table aren't finished yet) about 7 years ago

Todd English's Blue Zoo at the Walt Disney World Dolphin resort is reknown for its seafood dishes. I would recommend trying the Dirty South Swordfish- it is bbq rubbed and comes with a delicious risotto mixed with long necked clams.
