We're looking for places in Portland to see region specific foods are made, other than breweries or wineries. Bob's Red Mill was suggested, any others? Thanks

McMenamins micro breweries area fave of mine. They have a few in and around Portland, usually housed in old historic buildings with stories to tell: old schools, sanatoriums, etc.

The Portland farmers market is superb and can point you to vendors and artisans who have farms, oyster farms, cheese etc where they also welcome visitors.
