H & H on the upper westside closed a few months ago. There is still a location by the Intrepid ship/museum on about 44th st and 12th ave/westside highway. Please check the address, not absolutely sure. Btw, I don't think they are that great. Some people swear by Ess-a-bagel, again google the location in manhattan. Good luck. over 9 years ago
