Universal Studios is accessible from the Red Line Metro System ($5 for a Day Pass). Exit at Universal and take the free tram up the hill to Universal Studios.
From the Red Line you can access Hollywood & Highland, Hollywood and Vine, Union Station, Olvera Street. Find a cheap hotel near the Red Line in North Hollywood and Metro where you need to go. A Day Pass will take you down to Long Beach where there are Free Busses to take you to the Queen Mary or the Convention Center. (Blue Line Metro takes about 60 minutes end to end).
There are few packages but you could use your Auto Club for a discount.
Have fun in LA. It really is safe and the people are nice. over 9 years agoAnswered by old & bold viaAsk a Nomad iPad app
