Lots of great outdoor stuff. First take a small ride close to town to a place like no other, Seven Falls. Enjoy a peaceful place where nature in abundant and there are lots of unique natural figures in the Mnt. landscapes.
Also a great time to visit Pike's Peak. Take a $33 ride up to the summit by Cog-rail. Lots of sites to see but they only allow a20min. Stay on top. Due to scheduling trails and well most people experience a little elevation sickness, it's a good feeling to come back down an 14,115ft mountain. It is possible to do in one day. over 7 years ago
