Plan to visit in a few weeks. Also suggestions for golf courses.
I love Naples - fishing off the pier whilst watching the pelicans and the manta rays....amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and offered advice when I was trying to catch fish. The sunsets were great and the sea and beach were wonderful. There are pay car parks really close to the pier - we just kept zipping back to top up the meter.
I also liked the Museum of Art which was a cool place (temperature and attitude) to go to for an alternative couple of hours.
For golf, my friends recommend Raptor Bay or the Flamingo.
Sophias Italian Restaurant, Trail Cafe and Grill, Chops City Grill and Lindburgers are the ones that I really liked.
Stroll along 5th Avenue and there are many more places, but with prices to match, and not always that great service or quality, in my opinion. over 9 years ago
You're in luck because Naples Florida has oodles and oodles of restaurants of all cuisine styles!
Chops City Grill on 5th Ave is a great spot to dine. Steaks, pastas are awesome.... there are early dining specials that are great deals too.
The Bamboo Cafe is a French style restaurant which also features Moroccan cooking as well. A beautiful ambiance and amazing food.
Naples Tomato is a fabulous Italian restaurant on Tamiami Trail. There's a wine tasting lounge which is lots of fun to try. All handmade pastas, cheeses and other fabulous Mediterranean dishes.... great lasagne!
I hope you find these restaurants to your satisfaction.

Love, love, love Naples. Soon to retire there. I have a place there and get down often. By far the best meal is the Snapper at The Mangrove Cafe on 5th Street. In the off season you can get it as a dinner special. Very reasonable, but worth it at any price. To die for. Bistro 821, across 5th Street from The Mangrove, is very good. Also Tommy Bahamas on 3rd Ave. is great, too. about 8 years ago
Naples Tomato is no more. 25 new restaurants this season. Alexander's is very good, just north of Park Shore Dr. On 41. Swan River and Us Nemo are good for fish. 3rd St. And 5th Ave fun for people watching, Bistro 821 best for value on 5th. Ave. about 8 years ago
