
Are there rattle snakes in new jersey

Most definitely YES.....there are rattlesnakes in NJ. Don't see them often (twice so far this summer) but they do inhabit the central (Pinelands region) of the Garden State. over 9 years ago

I would say so. 14 years ago I got bite while mountain climbing with the Boyscouts in Blairstown. I spent seven days in Newton hospital. I had heard that I was actually a one in 16,000. Rattlesnakes don't bite people unless they are cornered. I had placed my hand on top of him over 9 years ago
