My wife and I are visiting South Florida for a romantic getaway in early January. Although we've been several times, we've never stayed at either the W Fort Lauderdale or either of the Ritz Carltons in Naples. We're using points, and the conversion slightly favors the W cost-wise, but parking is more expensive by $21 per night. Pros for the W are free breakfast as a Platinum guest and no resort fees, which are $25-$30 at the Ritz. We're in our early 50's and we're looking for something laid back with some sex appeal. We can't decide, so anyone with an opinion is welcome. Thanks!
