    I love to go to the many museums. Most of them are near the lake in the loop. I think the best ones to see are the Art Institute, the Shedd Aquarium, and the Field Museum. Since you'll be in the loop, afterwards you can go eat at the Birgoff or at Gino's East; two Chicago classics. A long walk or short cab ride should get you there from the museums.

    Also, you may want to check out a Bulls or Blackhawks game at "The Madhouse on Madison". They say Chicago is the city of big shoulders and big sports fans. over 4 years ago

    There are also a lot of great shopping malls that are all indoors. If you like architecture, there are a lot of great places to visit that are indoors. The University of Chicago is a great place to visit as well. over 4 years ago

    Don't forget the theater...there are 1/2 price outlets in the loop so you can see dozens of productions at half price. over 4 years ago
