I'll be visiting Orlando with my parents and younger brother this fall in August before I head out to college. It'll be our first time there, what do you suggest we do?

I've heard there are a lot of parks to pick from, so I'm completely confused.

We're also not that interested in Water Worlds where there's just animal shows.

I'm 18. And my brother is 14.

I personally like universal studios and islands of adventure, especially if y'all enjoy roller coasters. Harry Potter world is also in islands of adventure, you have to try the butter beer if you go! over 7 years ago

For the ages you are I recommend 1 or 2 days at Universal Studios/Island of Adventures. They have many more thrill rides than Disney. Save some money and do just a base day ticket for Disney going to Epcot. There are some really nice water parks around and lots of good restaurants. over 7 years ago

Lot of it depends on what you like to do. Theme parks and beaches are easy, but there are a lot of outdoor hidden gems if you're into that. Wekiva, Ocala, Winter Park Chain of Lakes, tons of hiking trails, paddling rivers and lakes. Can you be more specific about what you like to do? over 7 years ago
