looking for a short term place to stay in Portland 2-20-3-6-13 tentative dates. I stayed at 2 different hostels before - in price range

yes I am looking for a very inexpensive place to stay in Portland - don't know if I can find anything cheaper than a hostel but maybe someone knows something. I have family in St. John's so I would appreciate any info that you can give me. Thanks. I'm planning on coming in late Feb. for a few weeks.
