    I believe so - the US just cares about its citizens going to Cuba.
    The Cuban passport stamp is also very anonymous ... I have a few in my passport (Canadian) and sometimes the US border guys take a second look at them, but they've never asked about them. Note that I've just travelled to the US for a week or two though, I've never had a student visa. But - how would anyone know you've been to Cuba ?... over 7 years ago

    The US does NOT restrict entry just because you've been to Cuba. Even US Citizens can go to Cuba in certain situations. over 6 years ago
