Your trip starts with Las Vegas Vacations among the neon lights of Las Vegas before heading east for vacationing in the Grand Canyon, where you’ll overnight in the park and have time to stroll along the canyon rim. While at the Grand Canyon vacations, enjoy an amazing sunrise or sunset. From the Grand Canyon, continue into Navajo country and Monument Valley for time over 5 years ago

I've been in both two weeks ago. South rim Amazing!!! West rim frustrating!!!
South rim $30 x car for one week and you visit it with your car and do the stops that you want, you are free to go where you want, no fences and no guards. There are 16 view points, it's huge. In one day I saw a little more than half of the south rim, about 9 view points. I didn't see helicopters tours.
North rim $76 with skywalk per person. You have to park your car and take a shuttle. There are 3 stops: ranch (commercial and not well done), skywalk and eagle point. You are not allowed to take pictures on the skywalk, you have to put your belongs in a locker inclusive cameras and mobiles then pay for the professional pictures. There are fences around the skywalk for who decide not pay for the skywalk don't be able to see the view. Then the eagle point the view is free of fences and you can walk around and take pictures but it is only one view. There are helicopters tour for about $150. 6 months ago
