Governor dodge state park is great if you have kids but if you just want to get away go up to Bayfield WI by the apostle islands. Most of the campgrounds have walk ins available because most reservations are booked months in advance. over 8 years ago

A walk around the shoreline, especially the north side of the lake, is nice. You will see and be near very big and opulent homes. over 8 years ago

Considered Wisconsin's most complete state park, I would recommend Peninsula State Park in Door County. You might also want to check out Newport State Park (also in Door) for more wilderness camping conditions. about 8 years ago

Lake Geneva has a lot of activities throughout the summer, fall and winter.
During the summer, the farmers market is a great place to buy fresh produce.
The 13th annual paint in will be taking place in June. My kids like seeing all the artwork being created.
The electric railroad will be operating in late June. It's a great way to experience the old rail cars that used to run to Chicago.
In July, the US Navy band will be playing in the park. over 7 years agoAnswered by Phillip Trask viaAsk a Nomad iPad app
