    I live in Oregon. I am certain if you are white, you'll be fine. The law is aimed at those perceived to be illegal immigrants (mostly Latino). I do not think you can be arrested for no cause, but you can be asked to provide documentation (such as a passport). If you do go, please voice your concern and tell locals how you almost didn't come because of perceptions of the law. They need to know the cost of such biased legislation. almost 6 years ago

    That is not true. The only time the police can do anything is if you are doing something illegal. If you are visiting from Europe, it's very easy to get around here without any problems. Assuming that you have a proper passport, and some kind of identification from your country, you will have no problems. over 5 years ago
