Great Britain is a huge multi-cultural society with a wide range of different ethnic groups, beliefs, practices, religions etc. Modern Great Britain blends all of the above into a big mixed pot, and as such, I dont really think there is any one "type" any more - with mixed marriages, family groups made up of a whole range of ethnic backgrounds etc.
It certainly provides an interesting backdrop to modern life and if you are interested, then there are museums and galleries that will reflect the background to today's Great Britain.
For example, there is a huge Afro-Caribeean community in places such as Nottingham, Brixton, Leeds etc, or a large Pakistani community in Manchester, Glasgow or Birmingham. almost 7 years ago
