Can a Chinese national with a biometric residence permit, married to a uk citizen, travel to Jersey without need for visa or other papers?
Hi, my wife is a Chinese national with a biometric residence permit, I'm a UK citizen. Now we are wondering if we are allowed to travel to Jersey without the need for her to get a visa or other papers? After all, Jersey is part of the UK, however, the internet gives conflicting accounts...
I emailed the Jersey tourist board and they suggest she won't need one, as there is no customs at the port, but asked that I check that this is so...
Any ideas? Thanks...

If she's legally in the UK she won't need one. here's the official Jersey government website on visas.

Hi I'm a Chinese national with a biometric residence permit, and my husband is a UK citizen. Now we are wondering if I am allowed to apply for a Europe visa as I'm not working ATM, but my husband is. I applied Europe visa before, but I had a job then with a monthly income.
