I am traveling to Menorca with my partner in the next couple of weeks and am ready to confirm accommodation etc.

I have done a bit of research about the Island but would be good to hear some thoughts first hand from people who have been there: best beaches? Must see things etc?

The longest beach on the island at 3km is Son Bou, or you could head south east to Cala Alcaufar to check out the beautiful bays.

Looks like the best months to visit for good weather are July and August, so unfortunately you've just missed out. The drop in temperature might mean lower prices though, so that's a bonus! I think you'll still get a nice warm sun in the low twenties until winter comes around, so it's not all bad.

Menorca's beches are really peaceful and tranquill. Two of my top favourites are Cala Macarella, Alaior and Cala Mitjana beach over 8 years ago
