Hey. I am going to study in London this fall, but I can't get there earlier because of the visa, and I didn't get the school accommodation. If I want to rent a flat before I get there, any suggestion?

Hi there, try teh website www.rightmove.com - they have lots of property agents posting flats to rent, you can even draw a map of the specifc area near your school you'd like to live in. By selecting a property your interested in you will often to sent to the agents own website were you can download a brochure of the flat. I'd suggest you'd then phoen up teh agent and place a deposit. almost 5 years ago

Budget accommodation for students refuses to be shackled by stereotypes. Student could shell out a big sum to pay for their rental accommodation in London. However, there are some areas where you can find spacious and elegant flat that becomes a cost-effective solution to reside in.

The internet and message boards will give you an idea of what is available and what price you will be likely to have to pay. You could use some few good agencies like kfh.co.uk, http://www.plazaestates.co.uk/properties-to-rent/search who are specialized in renting out apartments in reasonable cost. I hope they help you in finding the suitable rental flat and will help you work out your budget as well. over 4 years ago
