If you judge by Michelin stars, then Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea and Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester are winners!
I've also heard amazing things about Nobu (Japanese) and River Cafe (Italian-inspired). Obviously these are super expensive, so if you're looking for a cheaper option that is still great, try this link for 12 great value restaurants:
