October will be chilly and probably wet and windy, so wrap up warm. London has a lot to see and do - museums, art galleries, historical buildings, shopping, eating. This would easily take up your four days. It depends on what you want to do, where will you stay, do you want a jam packed 4 days or do you want to do things at leisure - say, sightseeing in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon? over 8 years ago
