The Royal Mirage at the One and Only is simply amazing and I like the Residence and Spa.

Another alternative would be the Madinat Jumeriah and I like the Dar Al Masyaf rooms there, but they are not as luxurious as the One and Only, although they are simply stunning. http://www.jumeirah.com/en/Hotels-and-Resorts/Destinations/Dubai/Madinat-Jumeirah/Dar-Al-Masyaf-Suites/

If you dont need to be in Dubai itself, then how about the Al Maha http://www.al-maha.com/ or for somewhere completely outside of Dubai (around 3 hours away) then http://qasralsarab.anantara.com/ but if you do go to the Qasr, then prebook restaurants, tours and spas as these can get busy very quickly.

Hope this helps. almost 7 years ago

also Al Qasr Hotel at the madinat jumeirah--tres expensive, tres chic! one and only is a great choice, and the lebanese resto there is the best in town. over 6 years ago

I would certainly recommend the one and only Royal Mirage in Dubai! I have stayed there for only 3 days and had a wonderful time. All suites are beautifully decorated, the staff really helpful and polite, although I was not quite impressed by the breakfast. I have chosen to stay at the arabian court, and as it is a small ale, staying there makes you feel you are in a very exclusive resort. When I was there, the Palm was recently opened and they had a speedboat shuttle between both residences, so you could use all the restaurants, I had only tasted the Beach Bar & Grill, at the Palace, and it worthed every penny I spent.
It felt like a Honeymoon resort in the middle of a big city and I am not afraid to say this is the best hotel in Dubai if price is not a problem... over 5 years ago
