Hey Annmarie, I was in Dubai three months ago with my family, and my sister and I shared a room, and my parents another. It is fine :) my only advice is to be conscious of your attire, I wore long dresses in the spring time that we were there. Enjoy! over 3 years ago

I went with my boyfriend and had ANY problem. Dubai and Abu D. are almost 90% turism. The things you should worry are up to you guys, like decent behavior (not kissing or hug in public)
Beware of your clothes too. Wear long sleeve or just not showing your shoulders on legs. Nobody say a word but you avoid akward looking. People are respectful and SÚPER kind. over 3 years ago

U can tell you are commited or married. And thats all, nobody ask more. You'll get surprised of the kindness of middle east people. Stay by the rules and you guys should have the greatest trip over 3 years ago

I know this question is from 2 years ago, but I was just in Dubai in November 2016. The answer to this question is yes you can. Dubai is very western (in most parts) and treat tourists very well. Just be modest in public & you will be good. You do not need to wear long sleeves, just have your shoulders covered and do not wear tight pants, just palazzo type pants. You do not need to have your hair covered unless you are permitted into a holy place. about 1 year ago
