Not sure what you mean, but we do have sales here on clothes, shoes etc, and depending where you are buying from, a discount could be available.

In most stores, its a fixed price, but if you buy in bulk or its an expensive item, then you could ask if its final price and maybe negotiate a bit. almost 8 years ago
