You don't say where in Turkey you plan on visiting, or for how long, or how far along in the pregnancy you are... November is usually a pretty quiet month to visit. Temperatures will vary between the Aegean coast (mild), Mediterranean (warm), interior (getting cold), and Istanbul (mild and wet). Most people bus around Turkey, which I can definitely NOT recommend if you are pregnant! I'd say stay and explore Istanbul, then maybe fly down to the Mediterranean. There's beaches and sun, and plenty of ancient ruins if you want to explore. As for hospitals, that wouldn't be a problem in Istanbul, and if you stuck close to the expat havens on the Med coast (Marmaris, Bodrum, Antalya). about 7 years ago

November is not the best period to visit Turkey. However depending on the weahter you can have several sunny days. Where you want to go. According to me, the best destination for this time of the year is Istanbul. If the weather is not good, you can make a sightseeing tour or visit the grand shopping centers. There are numerous companies such as http://www.arpanutravel.com/, which can arrange for you accommodation and additional tours, as well as transportation if you need. Don't miss to make a Bosphorus Boat Cruise. This is unforgettable experience. about 7 years ago
