Planning to visit Istanbul December third week. Is it advisable to visit at this time? Concerned about weather conditions.

I think it should be fine. I'm living here now and it's not that bad. There were just some out of season snow storms here, but they seem to be all done. The extended forecast looks good; maybe a little snow or rain, but mostly sunny. The only thing I would be worried about is if you plan on driving a lot--the conditions may make traffic worse than it already is. It might rain and snow but it is going to be beautiful anyway!! To check for accommodations, there are plenty of hostels you can check in Beyo─člu area! over 6 years ago
