Usually 10% if you're happy. I don't usually tip for lunch, just dinner although if it's rubbish, nothing but if the service is good, 10% again. You gave to use your judgement. over 4 years ago

In restaurants always check your bill first before tipping. Sometimes they add 'service' to the bill (10%). So you won't have to tip - you have already! Many waiters rely on tips for their livelihood as their base income is super low so I always tip 10%, unless the service is appalling, then I tip much less - when you tip less they get the message.
The only other place i tip is at the hairdressers or hamam, again about 10% of the service. Some people don't but I do. Do not tip taxi drivers. over 4 years ago

I used to tip 10%, which is mostly common. No tip for taxis. over 4 years ago

Agree on the 10% in restaurants for good service, or just to round up the bill sometimes is enough. If its somewhere I go back to regularly, like a favourite café, bar etc, then I will sometimes add a bit extra but not always. over 4 years ago

10% ish it will be. To all those waiters I have inadvertently "shafted" since I arrived, I sincerely apologize. In Greece we didn't tip. over 4 years ago
