    Given the severity of the floods it's possible that it won't have drained away by the end of this month. Some are talking about floods persisting for up to 6 weeks.
    You'd be wise to contact your hotel and speak to your travel provider about the conditions and if it is still possible to reach your booked accommodation.
    Venturing into deep floodwaters is definitely not safe, and obviously there'll be some sanitation issues for a while. But like I said, contact your travel provider.
    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. On the bright side, it looks like Bangkok will be spared the worst of the flooding (as long as the flood barrier holds- and authorities are confident it will). over 6 years ago
