Can I buy a True Move Sim for my iPhone 4 at Krabi airport and if not where is the closest place where I can organize a sim card?

  You should be able to pick up a free truemove sim card at the airport but it's a regular sized sim card not a micro sim card so you'll need to cut it down. I haven't seen any truemove micro sims but I guess a truemove shop might be able to help you out, check their website for locations.
