Take a public commuter boat up the Chao Praya; great views of the city from the iver. Hop off anywhere and walk around. You must explore the palace, floating market and Chinatown. Lumpini Park is nice too. over 8 years ago

Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun is one complex of tourist spot that you must visit. Then you can take cruise dinner along the chao praya riverto see the other side of bangkok..

You have to do shopping in bangkok!! You have to visit chatuchak weekend market or MBK mall where they offer lots of amazing stuffs with low price.

You also can watch Siam Niramit show or Lady Boy show... There are alot of local tour and travel, but better to look around at Nana since there are sooo many options of local tour being offered wIth competitive price.

I agree with the Chao Praya river cruise. Take it for your first trip, pick your favorite spots, get on and off the boat as you wish. I think this si the best way to visit Bangkok.

Under all circumstances, DO NOT go to the ping pong show. It's gross and terribly dissapointing. over 8 years ago
