So far ... A day on the water out in Phang Nga Bay with the June Bahtra crew. The stop at James Bond island stop off was a bit over the top touristy, but being out in that bay all day on a beautiful slow boat with a fabulous crew was amazing!

I've been to Phuket in march. The weather was a bit too hot. Best season is: January-February. I enjoyed my time anyway. We spent some days in Patong, 4 days on Phi Phi Islands and some days in Karon. Patong is very crowded, there are many clubs and bars there. Karon Beach is much smaller than Patong, not so crowded. We had an excursion to James Bond Island, visited some temples, the so called Muslim Village and the island. It was a nice day! On Phi Phi we stayed at Outringer Phi Phi Village Resort&Spa. Nice hotel, some good restaurants, but some waiters did not speak English good enough...that was quite strange for 5 star hotel. The nature on islands is amazing! The color of water is unbelivable! Andaman sea is very warm and nice :) There are some clubs, pubs on the central island and Phi Phi View Point.
At Karon we visited Chalong Temple and Big Buddha.
There are many good restaurants there. I loved the one in Movenpick area and "On the Rocks".
