Where to stay few months in Thailand,on remote and quiet paradise-island,away from tourists.Great sand beach & clear water a must, diving a +
Looking for deep rest and enjoying nature, away from civilization, for few months to writing my book. Quietness, stunning nature and great bungalow on sandy beach, with clear water easy to swim in (no waves)... Small charming place, not big hotel or resort of course... Looking for unspoiled hidden gem (may be share offline is a real confidential one! ;-)

rent a car at the airport (~$30/day). reserve a room at the Kamala Beachfront Apartment (~$30/day). drive to Kamala Beach. find a cheaper place once you get there if you want. over 8 years ago

Oh you must be writing a fantasy novel. You use words like 'unspoiled hidden gem'. Nice one but I don't think there are many of those left ;-) There are some very beautiful small Islands in Thailand, many not very easy to get to, some you have to leave by 6pm as they don't allow you to stay there. Most of these Islands have Government employed workers there to look after the bird and wildlife. Get a detailed map, try the South but avoid the ones near Phuket as they are populated and setup for tourists. Good luck with that. over 8 years ago
