    Dialog card and then top up with ezzytop web service. Will cost you about $1.50 for the sim card. For $7 a week you can get 2gigs of 3G download. over 9 years ago

    Etisalat or airtel pre paid cards are available over the counter for abt 10$ calling rates Are cheap too..
