    tapas right at Placa Mayor and not only in one tapas bar - go from bar to bar this is just amazing

    hanging around a Placa de Cibeles is just nice

    Calle Huertas to hang around day and night for shopping and have some fun in bars

    a footbal match of Real Madrid if you can afford for the ticket

    and last not least Museo del Prado almost 9 years ago

    Do not eat tapas at Plaza Mayor or the places next to it, instead, after visiting the Plaza Mayor, I would recommend to go downstairs through Arco de Cuchilleros and take a walk to Cava Baja (5 min walking). There you will find some good ones. Don't be impatient, tapas is about testing here and there. Enjoy your time. almost 9 years ago

    There is a restaurant in the Plaza Mayor called Meson 5J, although is a franchise, the quality is very good and you can eat in the middle of the Plaza for less than 20$. Awesome by night. almost 9 years ago
