Spain for a week. Madrid - sevilla - barcelona. Help on tw cities transportation and places to go in this 3 cities.
Going to spain for a week. Planing to go madrid - sevilla - barcelona. Arnd 2 days each. We have conection flights from barcelona to our next destination in europe.
Whats the best way to go btw the cities. Is there an overnight train from sevila to bracelona.
Or we planning to rush of a trip?
Also, were can we watch a good live flamenco show?
There are too much distance between Barcelona and Sevilla for only two days by city, only to see the main attractions in Barcelona you'd need al least 4-5 days... In my oppinion I'd stay in every city at least 4-5 days, in Barcelona 5-6.
But, if you want to go to the three in only a week, I'd start in Sevilla, then I'd go by "AVE" (high-speed train) to Madrid, and finally I'd go to Barcelona by AVE too.
In Barcelona and Madrid you can use the metro to move around city, it's easy and fast, but I think the three cities are beautiful to walk them.

I'd recommend you to get a hip on hip off bus tour, cause you can go through the main tourist sights and save time. In barcelona you should take some walking tours through Barrio Gotico, it's the very nice, and not too long. If you're looking for a good restaurant for a nice price go to Les Quinze Nits in Plaza Real. Great food for great price! over 8 years ago
Given how fast you want to get around bus is out. Because of the way the fast spanish trains (AVE) are laid out, namely all radiating out from Madrid, getting from Sevilla to Barcelona quickly is not so easy. You may want to consider flying that leg. Or as advised above the best move is probably to do it as Sevilla-Madrid-Barcelona.
With only one week though you could easily find plenty to do in just Madrid and Barcelona. over 8 years agoAnswered by R via Travellr.com
