I'm so sick with a bug of sorts-hotel and airline are non refundable. Will insurance cover this?

It is best to contact the emergency assistance team (the number is listed on your policy certificate or look it up on our website) to discuss any claim related to cancellation/rescheduling due to illness etc. It is difficult for us to advise when we don't know where you are from and what kind of policy you have.
