    U can, but I doubt if it will work there as all the phones there are CDMA and not sim based.
    However u can get iPhones and other smart phones for rent durin your period of stay from various counters at the airport. You can prebook your rental phone online also almost 7 years ago

    Of course you can..I bought an Evergreen Mobile reload able SIM card at the Inchoen airport. Supports all GSM phones..there is an app in the apple store to reload with credit card. Kinda expensive especially calling back to the US.

    Wifi is available in most of Seoul for free and you can Skype or use KAkao app to make free calls.

    Also CVS conscience stores can reload with cash but not always available in these stores here in Korea.

    Yes you can I brought my iphone 5 to South Korea. Just make sure you turn your roaming and cellular data off before you travel outside the USA. Your phone company will charge a high international fee. It happened to my dad. However keep your wifi on at all times because they literally have free Internet everywhere in South Korea. over 6 years ago
