  It depends on which type of music that you like. The best place for clubs is in Hongdae area which is near Hongik University. The other place for clubs and pubs is in Itaewon which is the foreigner district of Seoul. I don't know of any clubs on Jeju Island, but the place to find clubs would be Jeju City. almost 7 years ago
