There are no direct flights from New York to Port Elizabeth, you will have to fly from new York to Johannesburg which is an approximately 17 hour flight and from there you can take a domestic flight to pe, which takes an hour and a half. about 6 years ago

You might find it easier if you hate long haul flights to fly from New York via London, stop off for a while and then take direct flight of about 12 hors to Joburg, OR Tambo, & then to P.E..I recommend you try Virgin Atlantic, you'll find them on line. Inexspensive, superb service! about 6 years ago

Hi I recently went to New York and had a direct flight from CPT to JFK and back..from NY to Cape Town was a little sorter - just under 16 hours. Unfortunately there is no direct flight from NY to PE. So Try and catch a flight from Cape Town, it's less than about an hour! about 6 years ago
