You will have to contact World Nomads and read their policy documents. Each case is judged on its merit and they may not be able to give you exact information on hypothetical scenarios in advance. over 9 years ago

Hi Katrina from WorldNomads.com here. Tania is correct, you need to read our policy documents to look at the cover for both emergency medical assistance and luggage so you'll know what you're covered for and not when you travel to South Africa.

Our policies vary, depending on your country of residence (not necessarily where you are going), so you can review the policy right for you here - http://www.worldnomads.com/prices.aspx

If you are sick or need medical assistance while travelling, then you need to contact the 24/7 emergency assistance service we provide with our policies. You'll find this number on your policy documents, which we provide once you've bought the policy.

If you've still got questions, please contact our customer services team - http://www.worldnomads.com/contactus.aspx
