    We were in South Africa beginning of September and found it mild during the day and a bit colder of a night time. Cotton shirts were fine and then a jacket at night. about 6 years ago

    It depends where you are going. Durban is nice & mild, while Capetown can be cold. about 6 years ago

    It depends.. In brazil the weather is cool, argentina uruguay and chile are 18o. Bolivia is cold in the desert and in la paz, but hot in santa cruz de la sierra about 6 years ago

    I was just there and found the weather great - not too hot for walking about in the afternoon. You will need a sweater for evening, and a coat in case of rain or fog. It can get a bit chilly by South African standards, but I found it very pleasant. about 6 years ago
