Hello! Food courts that exists in shopping malls, will open for as long as the mall is open ie 10pm thereabout. Generally some stalls would close for business by 930pm. However there are famous street stalls that you could visit, like Newton Circus, Beach Road, Lau Pa Sat that opens till very late.

Assuming you mean arriving late at night, and hoping to find food, you will find all the food outlets at the airport open as it is a 24 hour terminus. You will have no problem getting fed.
Alternatively, you can ask the terminus service counter to charter you a airport taxi that can bring you to all the food outlets that operate on a 24 hour basis. There are many such outlets here in Singapore as we are also known as a food paradise besides being a garden city.
Many eateries open the whole night to cater to late night nighters, revellers as well as shift workers.
Have an enjoyable stay here in Singapore. You will find us a pretty hospitable population. over 7 years ago
