Will be in Novi Sad, Serbia and need help with finding ancestors and obtaining Croatia passport. My grandfather was born in Gorjani, Croatia

I need someone who can maneuver the governmental agencies pertaining to census info and ancestry records for Gorjani, Croatia. Will be in Novi Sad the week of August 15th thru the 22nd. I want to obtain a Croatian passport by virtue of my grandfather having been born there. I need his birth certificate.
