What is the most economical way to call abroad from Russia, buy a SIM Card or calling from a street pay phone?

    Skype is the best choice. If you have Internet access of course. Otherwise use prepaid cards. You can buy it at any mobile phone retailer. over 6 years ago

    I use Skype, and it's 2 cents/minute to a landline number. If you have a mobile device that can connect to Wi-Fi, there are plenty of free Wi-Fi spots, like McDonald's or other cafes. about 6 years ago

    Skype is 2 cents a min??? No way..
    I used to use Skype when calling to Vietnam and it is 34 cents to both landline and mobile phones. Now im using Global Call. Its only 5 cents with the same quality. over 4 years ago
