Safer to travel in a pair. Choose midseason: April to May, September to October. Summer is too hot and busy, winter is too cold and exotic.

Nothing special is necessary: you can still travel on budget: buy train/air tickets yourself directly and do the trip. One thing: are you sure it is interesting to see the world just from the window of the train? almost 9 years ago

That sounds like an awesome idea. I want to take a trip to Europe and can't get any buddies to join, I may try your idea to ask the nomad world to join. Out of curiosity (I may join) about how much is the 2 week trans Siberian train. I imagine it is not cheap, but definitely worth it! over 8 years ago

Hi there. Cool idea. I'm a Russian myself and would like to help you with the trip. When do you plan this trip and what cities to go through? over 8 years ago
