You can make it yourself! It is very simple!
There are many recipes, and even flavored coquitos, but this is the one I make (adapted slightly from my mom's recipe):
1 15 oz can Coco Lopez cream of coconut
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup white rum (Bacardi or Don Q)
1/2 cup coconut rum (Don Q coco)
If you want to make a virgin coquito, just omit the rum! almost 7 years ago
